Bring your own tent, tables, chairs & decorations. (limited electrical access – additional $35 fee for electricity)
Booths must have approximately 1,500 treat packs ready to hand out to the kids. We will confirm this number within a week of the event based on the ticket sales and pre-registrations.
Also included – marketing material in the 500 bags to be handed out at the event
We are so excited to announce two event opportunities coming in October.
• Monday, October 25th, 2021 – 4pm – 8pm – Frederick Fairgrounds
• Thursday, October 28th, 2021 – 4pm – 8pm – Fairgrounds Park, Hagerstown
We will be charging $5 per vehicle with the proceeds being donated to American Cancer Society and Relay for Life. Both events will be supported by local radio stations Key 103 and 106.9 The Eagle. A maximum of 500 tickets per event will be sold.
How the events work:
Cars will drive into the fairgrounds and follow a marked path stopping at vendor booths. Vendors will have treats packets to hand out to the kids. Vendors may package treats up with marketing materials, coupons and other information. NEW THIS YEAR: Options to set up in an interactive area which will allow families to get out of their vehicles and engage with vendors.
Vendors must follow all current CDC guidelines.
Vendors & Sponsors will be given the list of all pre-registered participants.
Vendors must decorate their booths & costumes are encouraged.
Set up will start at 2pm and all vendors must be in their designated spaces no later than 3:30pm.
