We are so excited to announce two event opportunities coming in October.
Monday, October 24th, 2022 – 4pm – 8pm – Frederick Fairgrounds
Thursday, October 27th, 2022 – 4pm – 8pm – Fairgrounds Park, Hagerstown
These events will be ticketed BUT FREE! 700 cars per event max
How the events work:
Cars will drive into the fairgrounds and follow a marked path stopping at vendor booths. Vendors will have treats packets to hand out to the kids. Vendors may package treats up with marketing materials, coupons and other information.
MARKETPLACE: Option to set up in an interactive area which will allow families to get out of their vehicles and engage with vendors.
Vendors & Sponsors will be given the list of all pre-registered participants.
Vendors must decorate their booths & costumes are encouraged.
Set up will start at 2pm and all vendors must be in their designated spaces no later than 3:30pm.
This is going to be a great community event! Rain or shine.
Available for Frederick and Hagerstown.
The space will be marketed as the “YOUR COMPANY NAME” Marketplace at the Drive Through Trick or Treat.
Provide 500 marketing pieces to be placed in the parent bags
We will create a fun photo backdrop that will be set up next to your booth.
