We are so excited to announce two event sponsorship opportunities coming in October.
Monday, October 24th, 2022 – 4pm – 8pm – Frederick Fairgrounds
Thursday, October 27th, 2022 – 4pm – 8pm – Fairgrounds Park, Hagerstown
Both events will be ticketed BUT FREE! Maximum 700 cars per event.
How the events work:
Cars will drive into the fairgrounds and follow a marked path stopping at vendor booths. Vendors will have treats to hand out to the kids. Vendors may also hand out marketing materials, coupons and other information.
MARKETPLACE: Option to set up in an interactive area which will allow families to get out of their vehicles and engage with vendors.
Vendors & Sponsors will be given the list of all pre-registered participants.
Vendors must decorate their booths & costumes are encouraged.
Set up will start at 2pm and all vendors must be in their designated spaces no later than 3:30pm.
This is going to be a great community event! Rain or shine.
